Good
The rooms are really nice, the hotel lovely but not best location, we also went in October which was 29 degrees but no shade at pool, we were told they didn't have umbrellas, breakfast not the best if you have dietary issues, but nice staff. Asked for taxi with car seat nothing provided. Have to use the bus to get everywhere do not walk it is not safe

Nice hotel with great staff and a pool with a panoramic view, - better for people with a car
The hotel looks nice, specially the outdoor suites "bungalows". The pool is great and has with nice view. Breakfast was fine and they had gluten-free options. The staff was really great... Beatrice, Valentina, the handyman just to name a few (sorry, I don't remember everyone's names). They were very welcoming, gave us information, quickly took care of a small technical issue in the suite, and helped when we could not find a taxi to come back to the hotel. They were really great because they send me by mail my lost/stolen wallet (with documents, etc), which had been found by local authorities after I had left Olbia. I'm very thankful for the hotel staff for their help. During the day, you can get around by bus to the gorgeous nearby beaches and the city.
The combination of no restaurant at the hotel and a evening music festival during the whole duration of my stay, between Olbia and the hotel, with police blocking the main road. Because of it, no buses and very few taxis (almost impossible) were available, so difficult to go out for dinner and come back, when you don't have a rental car. So for dinner, we mostly had some snacks/starters/cheese/charcuterie at the hotel bar managed by lively Valentina and some items we bought at the nearby supermarket.

Size of room and of bathroom. Nice buffet breakfast.
Whole property a little bit outdated. Ceiling light in the entrance not working…and couldn’t be fixed!
